Jamaican Jerk

INGREDIENTS

1 t Nutmeg

1 t Cinnamon

1/4 C fresh Ginger

1/4 C Black Pepper

3/4 C Allspice

3/4 C Brown Sugar

1/2 C Vegetable Oil

2 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero peppers, or more to taste

8 Garlic cloves

3/4 C Green Onion

2 bunches fresh Thyme

1/4 C Salt

Orange or Pineapple Juice to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulverize into a paste. Use on chicken, ribeye, or flank steak, marinating several hours before grilling.
